Who we are
About Us
Amanda Bell | REALTOR® + Team Lead, Bell Realty Group at Coldwell Banker Apex
I help DFW families write their next chapter—with strategy, heart, and fierce advocacy.
For more than a decade, I’ve guided buyers, sellers, and investors across Fort Worth, Haslet, Keller, and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. As the founder and team lead of Bell Realty Group, now proudly powered by Coldwell Banker, I pair data-driven strategy with concierge-level care—so you feel educated, protected, and genuinely cared for at every step.
My background includes advanced finance training through Harvard Business School Online’s Leading with Finance program and five years coaching entrepreneurs. That blend of negotiation savvy, clear communication, and calm leadership is the backbone of my real estate practice. I’m known for proactive updates, thoughtful touches (yes—handwritten notes still matter), and solutions that keep closings on track.
Community is my heartbeat. From youth life-skills workshops to local vendor partnerships, I believe real estate is bigger than a transaction—it’s about building neighborhoods we’re proud to call home. Building local farmers markets around town are in our nature! Alongside my husband and our three boys, I’m deeply rooted here, and I bring a trusted network of contractors, lenders, and local pros to every client I serve.
At Coldwell Banker Apex, my clients benefit from world-class marketing, global reach, and innovative technology—amplified by a team culture grounded in integrity, creativity, and fun. Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing, relocating, or investing, I’ll meet you where you are, map the clearest path forward, and champion your goals like they’re my own.
